  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Rinse the Brussels sprouts, trim brown ends, and halve them lengthwise.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together miso paste, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, and lime juice until smooth.
  4. Toss the halved Brussels sprouts in the miso glaze until evenly coated.
