  • 12 oz deli ham (thinly sliced)
  • 8 oz Swiss cheese (sliced)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting)
  • 1/2 cup raspberry or strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut the slider buns in half horizontally. Spread jam on the bottom halves and layer with ham and Swiss cheese. Replace the top halves.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the assembled sliders in the baking dish and let soak for about 5 minutes.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
