  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter with brown and granulated sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla until well combined.
  5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Scoop two tablespoons of dough into each muffin cup, pressing down slightly to form a cup shape. Add one tablespoon of Nutella into each indentation.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden. Let cool slightly before serving.
