  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or spaghetti)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  2. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, stirring occasionally.
  4. Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until combined into a creamy sauce.
  5. Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve on plates, garnished with extra cheese or parsley if desired.
