  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 28 oz canned diced tomatoes (no-salt-added)
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
  • 8 oz lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground meat until cooked through. Drain excess grease if needed.
