Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until fully melted.
  2. Coat silicone molds with the melted chocolate, ensuring even coverage. Chill for 10-15 minutes until set.
  3. Remove the set shells from molds. Fill half with cocoa powder, mini marshmallows, and peppermint extract.
  4. Seal by dipping the edges of empty shells in melted chocolate and pressing them together.
  5. Drizzle melted white chocolate on top and sprinkle crushed candy canes for garnish. Allow to set before serving.
