  • 1 cup bell peppers (red and yellow), sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium beef broth

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water, add the fusilli pasta, and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
