Instructions

  3. In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree and maple syrup until smooth.
  4. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the dry ingredients, mixing well to coat all oats.
  5. Fold in pumpkin seeds and dried fruit.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown, stirring halfway through.
  7. Allow cooling completely before breaking into clusters and storing in airtight containers.
