Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Mix in pumpkin puree until well combined.
  5. Gradually stir in dry ingredients until just combined; fold in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto prepared baking sheets about two inches apart.
