  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
  • 6 oz provolone cheese
  • 1 medium onion, caramelized
  • 3 tbsp horseradish sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Slice slider buns horizontally while keeping them connected at the back.
  3. Layer half of the roast beef on the bottom half of the buns and sprinkle cheese on top.
  4. Spread caramelized onions over the cheese.
  5. Drizzle horseradish sauce on the top half of the buns before placing it over the layered ingredients.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes; then remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
