  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by slicing the flank steak and gathering other items.
