  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from the brisket.
  2. Rub brisket generously with salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne.
  3. Sauté onions in a frying pan until golden brown; add minced garlic at the end.

  6. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours until fork-tender.
