  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce (low-sugar)
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, garlic, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  2. With wet hands, shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and arrange them on a plate.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and cornstarch until smooth.
  4. Place meatballs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over them. Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Serve warm with extra sauce drizzled on top.
