Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 6 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for whipping feta)
  • 1 lb fresh green beans

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season chicken breasts generously with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temperature). Remove and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Add lemon juice and simmer gently while you slice the chicken.
  4. Blend feta cheese with olive oil until smooth; adjust texture with water if needed.
  5. Toss green beans in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 10 minutes until charred and tender.
  6. Slice chicken and serve atop Alfredo sauce, drizzled with lemon feta whip and accompanied by charred green beans.
