  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the sourdough starter, flour, salt, and olive oil until combined into a shaggy dough.

  4. Place the dough in a bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Punch down the dough and fold in the shredded cheeses until evenly distributed.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and cut into strips. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle more cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm with marinara sauce or garlic butter.
