  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach, chopped
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, chopped spinach, minced garlic, half of the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Fill each shell with the ricotta mixture and place them seam-side up in the baking dish over a layer of marinara sauce.
