  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook the jumbo shells according to package instructions until al dente, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Stuff each shell generously with the ricotta-spinach mixture and place seam-side up in a baking dish coated with half of the marinara sauce.
  5. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the shells and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil for the last 5 minutes to let the cheese bubble.
