  • 2 cups powdered sugar (sifted)
  • ¼ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
