  • 2 tbsp raw honey (30g)
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds (30g)
  • 2 tsp olive oil (10g)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then slice them into half-inch rounds. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
