Turkey Meatballs are a delicious and versatile dish that can elevate any meal.   • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian-seasoned)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well using your hands.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown, reaching an internal temperature of at least 165°F (74°C).
  5. Serve hot with marinara sauce or alongside your favorite sides.
