  • 10 spring roll wrappers
  • 1 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup Napa cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ½ cup sweet chili sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients by chopping walnuts, shredding cabbage and carrots, and mincing garlic.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together walnuts, cabbage, carrots, garlic, and soy sauce until well combined.
  3. Take a spring roll wrapper and place about two tablespoons of filling near one edge. Fold the sides over and roll tightly to seal.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan to medium heat (350°F /175°C). Carefully fry spring rolls until golden brown on all sides (about 4 minutes per side).
  5. Drain on paper towels and allow to cool slightly before serving with sweet chili sauce.
