  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (dill or parsley)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
