  • 1 cup granulated sugar (200g)
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder (40g)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (65g)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (90g)
  • 1/4 cup edible candy eyes (30g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease lightly.
  2. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and whisk in sugar, cocoa powder, and eggs until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in flour until just mixed, avoiding overmixing.
  5. Stir in half of the white chocolate chips and pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean. Add remaining white chocolate chips on top during the last few minutes of baking.
  7. Let cool slightly before decorating with edible eyes.
