  • 6 cups fresh corn kernels (or frozen)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (full-fat)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. If using fresh corn, shuck and remove the kernels; place them in the crockpot. For frozen corn, add directly.
  2. Add cream cheese and butter in chunks on top of the corn.
  3. Pour heavy cream over the mixture, then sprinkle in sugar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
  5. Stir well before serving to combine all ingredients.
