  • 12 frozen dinner rolls (thawed)
  • 8 oz brie cheese (cut into chunks)
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Cut each thawed dinner roll into quarters.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the quartered rolls with melted butter and chopped rosemary until well-coated.
  4. Layer half of the buttery rolls in the baking dish, followed by dollops of cranberry sauce and chunks of brie. Top with the remaining rolls.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving warm, optionally with extra cranberry sauce.
