  1. Warm milk to about 110°F, mix with yeast, and let sit until frothy.
  2. In a bowl, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy; then add melted butter and yeast mixture.
  3. Combine flour and salt in another bowl; gradually add to wet ingredients to form a sticky dough.
  4. Knead on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle; spread softened butter, sprinkle cinnamon sugar, and roll tightly.
  7. Cut into rolls and place in a greased dish; let rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. For the glaze: Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth; drizzle over warm rolls.
