  • Zest of 2 oranges
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp fresh orange juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease/flour a bundt pan.

  3. In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy (about 3 minutes).
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in orange juice and zest.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool in the pan for about ten minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  8. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and orange juice until smooth and drizzle over the cooled cake.
