  • 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets, skin-on
  • 3 tbsp white miso paste
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix miso paste, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic until smooth.
  3. Place salmon fillets on one side of the baking sheet. Brush them with half the marinade; set aside the rest.
  4. Toss broccoli florets in olive oil, salt, and pepper before placing them next to the salmon. Drizzle half of the remaining marinade over the broccoli.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily and broccoli is tender-crisp.
  6. Serve on plates and drizzle with leftover sauce.
