  • 1/2 cup fresh blood orange juice (about 23 blood oranges)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Pat chicken thighs dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
