Ingredients
  

For the Salad

  • 4 pieces Clementine oranges Can substitute with mandarins
  • 2 pieces Pears Can swap with firm apples
  • 2 pieces Apples Tart varieties like Granny Smith recommended
  • 1 cup Pomegranate Fresh cranberries can be a replacement
  • 2 pieces Kiwis Mango can be used as an alternative

For the Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons Honey Agave syrup is a vegan option
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice Fresh lemon juice is a good alternative
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice Optional for extra zing

Preparation

  • Prepare the fruit: Peel the clementines into segments, core and slice the pears and apples, remove the pomegranate arils, and peel and slice the kiwis. Combine all the prepared fruit in a large mixing bowl.
  • Make the dressing: Whisk together honey, fresh lime juice, and optional lemon juice in a measuring cup until smooth.
  • Combine: Drizzle the honey-citrus dressing over the fruit and gently toss everything together.
  • Serve: Enjoy this refreshing salad right away, or let it chill in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.

Notes

Garnish with mint leaves for an additional refreshing touch. Adjust honey based on fruit tartness if needed.
