How to Make Cava Feta Dip

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then add finely diced sweet onion and chopped jalapeños. Sauté until the onions are golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  • In a food processor, crumble the block of feta cheese, adding the olive oil for richness. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold the onions and jalapeños into the whipped feta mixture until fully incorporated.
  • Adjust spice by mixing in reserved jalapeño seeds to achieve your desired heat.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container, letting it return to room temperature before serving.

Notes

Allow the dip to sit for about 30 minutes after mixing to meld the flavors beautifully.
