How to Make Air Fryer Chicken Fritters

  • Grate the zucchini and sprinkle with salt. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
  • Squeeze the grated zucchini using a clean towel to remove excess liquid.
  • Grate the carrots and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine drained zucchini, grated carrots, ground chicken, and salt. Stir gently until just combined.
  • Form the mixture into small balls and flatten them into patties.
  • Place fritter patties in the air fryer basket, ensuring space between them.
  • Set the air fryer to 375°F and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Notes

Serve fritters with ranch dressing or garlic aioli for added flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer to regain crispiness.
