  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika or smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder or finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil Spray or brush with olive oil

How to Make Crispy Homemade Baked Chicken

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Create a breading station with beaten eggs in one dish and a mixture of panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper in another dish.
  • Dip each chicken strip in the egg, allowing excess to drip off, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture and place on the baking sheet.
  • Lightly spray the tops of the breaded tenders with olive oil spray.
  • Bake for 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway through until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and golden brown.
