  • 1 can Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Chili Powder Adjust based on spice preference.
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Salt & Pepper To taste.
  • 1 cup Beef Broth Can substitute with vegetable broth for a vegetarian version.

How to Make Easy Chili Recipe

  • Start by dicing 1 medium onion and mincing 3 cloves of garlic.
  • Heat a large pot over medium heat, then add 2 lbs of ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent, around 3-4 minutes.
  • Mix in 2 cans of drained and rinsed kidney beans, 1 can of crushed tomatoes, 1 can of tomato sauce, 2 tbsp of chili powder, 1 tsp of cumin, 1 tsp of paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Pour in 1 cup of beef broth and stir, ensuring all ingredients are combined.
  • Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Cook uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
