How to Make Tasty Strawberry Crunch Bites

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, ensuring they’re well coated. Firmly press this mixture into an 8-inch square baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool completely.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, stirring until fully incorporated. Then, gently fold in the whipped topping and diced strawberries for a luscious filling.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust, making sure it’s nicely layered. Sprinkle the strawberry crunch topping over this creamy layer to add that delightful crunch.
  • Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight, to allow the bites to set properly and the flavors to meld beautifully.
