Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into an 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  • In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until incorporated. Fold in whipped topping and diced strawberries.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust. Sprinkle strawberry crunch topping over the cream cheese layer.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Lift the bites from the dish using parchment paper and cut into squares. Serve chilled, garnishing with extra strawberries or whipped cream if desired.
