Ingredients
  

For the Pasta

  • 8 oz Fettuccine Pasta Cook until al dente.
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil For sautéing.

For the Chicken

  • 2 pieces Chicken Breast Season well.
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

For the Sauce

  • 3 cloves Garlic Freshly minced.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream For a creamy texture.
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated.

For Serving

  • 2 tbsp Chopped Parsley For garnish.
  • Vegetables (Optional) Spinach or broccoli.

Cooking Steps

  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, then add the fettuccine. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat. Add seasoned chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and let rest.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Gradually stir in freshly grated Parmesan cheese and mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Slice the rested chicken and return it to the skillet along with the cooked fettuccine. Toss everything together.
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Optional: Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a delightful kick!
