  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Perfect for sautéing
  • 2 medium Shallots Finely chopped
  • 2 cups Mushrooms Sliced
  • 1 cup Dry White Wine Can substitute with chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream For richness

For the Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Smoked recommended
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

For the Topping

  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated for best results

Cooking Steps

  • Boil fresh lobsters in salted water for about 8-10 minutes until bright red. Cool and extract meat.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter, add shallots and sauté for 2 minutes until soft.
  • Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender and fragrant.
  • Pour in dry white wine and let bubble for 3-4 minutes. Mix in heavy cream and thicken for about 3 minutes.
  • Fold in lobster meat, paprika, salt, pepper, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  • Spoon filling into lobster shells or a baking dish, topping with remaining Parmesan.
  • Preheat broiler and place filled shells under for 3-5 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Serve hot with salad or crusty French bread.

Notes

Garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or chives for added color and flavor.
