How to Make Fast Cinnamon Tortilla Chips

  • Brush each tortilla wedge lightly with the melted butter.

  • Arrange the chips in a single layer on your prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, until they turn golden brown and aromatic.
  • Cool the chips on a wire rack for about 5 minutes.

Notes

For longer storage, freeze the chips in a single layer on a baking sheet until solid and transfer to a freezer bag for up to 2 months.
