  • Spread the ricotta gnocchi evenly on the prepared pan. Drizzle with olive oil, then season generously with salt and pepper.
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter, stirring occasionally until it turns golden brown and nutty. Add sage leaves until crispy.
  • Drizzle browned butter and crispy sage over the gnocchi. Toss gently and roast in the oven for about 20 minutes until crispy and golden.
  • Once out of the oven, let cool for a minute. Plate the crispy gnocchi, drizzling any remaining browned butter on top.
