  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce Low-sodium if desired

  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch Optional, for thickening the sauce

  • Season pork chops generously with salt and pepper. In a hot skillet, sear each chop for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
  • In a bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and chicken broth until well combined.
  • Place seared pork chops in the slow cooker, then pour the honey garlic sauce over the top.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until tender.
  • For a thicker sauce, remove pork, mix cornstarch with water to form a slurry, and stir into the slow cooker. Cook on high for an additional 30 minutes.
