  • Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the ramen and cook for 3-4 minutes until al dente. Drain, then toss with a bit of oil to prevent sticking.
  • In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, then add chicken pieces along with cayenne and chili powder. Cook until browned and the internal temperature reaches 165°F, about 6-8 minutes.
  • Lower the heat, then stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Allow it to simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce is thickened and creamy.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the skillet. Toss everything together to coat the noodles in the sauce, heating through for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and squeeze fresh lime juice over the dish. Garnish with cilantro or green onions, then serve hot and enjoy!
