Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Mix the spice rub by combining brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  • Pat the pork tenderloins dry with paper towels and trim away any silver skin.
  • Rub the spice mixture all over the pork tenderloins.
  • Place the seasoned pork in a 9x13-inch baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake for 25-35 minutes until the internal temperature reaches at least 145°F.
  • Let the meat rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
