Ingredients
  

For the Pork Filling

  • 1 pound Ground Pork
  • 1 small Onion diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

For the Toppings

  • 1 cup Swiss Cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard
  • 1 cup Dill Pickles sliced
  • 1/2 cup Spicy Jalapeños sliced, optional

For the Rolls

  • 8 pieces Sweet Rolls
  • 8 pieces Hawaiian Rolls optional

Optional Glaze

  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F for optimal baking.
  • Sauté diced onion in a skillet over medium heat until translucent.
  • Add minced garlic and ground pork to the skillet. Cook until the pork is browned and fully cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
  • Season the mixture with cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Assemble the sliders by spreading yellow mustard on the bottom half of the rolls.
  • Layer the cooked pork mixture on the mustard-coated rolls, then top with Swiss cheese and dill pickles. Add jalapeños if desired.
  • Cover with the other half of the rolls, pressing down gently.
  • Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a bowl. Brush over the top of the assembled sliders.
  • Bake covered for 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool slightly before slicing into individual sliders.
